3. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

4. Replacements:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement immediately after verification.

5. Non-returnable Items:

• Items on clearance sale, undergarments, or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
